What we collect

Account details you give us: name, email, date of birth, phone number and photo if you add one. Payment details are handled by our payment provider; we never store card numbers.

Booking information you enter when listing. We store only a one-way fingerprint of the reservation number, never the number itself.

Technical data: device, browser and IP address, used to detect fraud.

Why we use it

To run the marketplace, process payments, prevent fraud and comply with the law.

Who sees what

Buyers see the seller's first name, rating and sales count. They never see the email address, date of birth or any other personal detail. The same applies in reverse.

Your rights

You can download your data or delete your account at any time from Settings. Completed transactions are kept as long as the law requires.
