Does this damage our rate parity?

No. Listings are not indexed as your public rate and the price is only visible to Yuzbl buyers. The booking is a transfer of an existing reservation, not a new rate you published.

What happens if a buyer does not show up?

Nothing changes for you. The reservation was already paid for. Yuzbl only moves the name on it.

Can we stop at any time?

Yes. Remove your listings and the account goes quiet. There is no notice period and nothing to cancel during the free months.

How fast does a listing go live?

Usually within a couple of hours. Verified businesses skip the cut-off times entirely, so a room, seat or place free tonight can be listed tonight.
