Before you buy

Check the current price on the provider's own site. This confirms two things: that the original price on the listing is accurate, and that the discount you are offered is real.

Check whether the provider allows a transfer for this type of booking, and whether any fee applies. Knowing this before you pay avoids most disputes.

Check the document before confirming. After the transfer the name, the dates and the reference number should all match.

How the payment is protected

Your money is held by Yuzbl and released to the seller only after the booking date. If the transfer does not happen, the full amount is returned.

The check before you travel

Before your booking starts we ask you to open the provider's site and confirm it works. If something is wrong, you find out while there is still time and the payment is returned.

Ratings

After a transfer is confirmed, both sides rate each other from 0 to 100 and can leave a public comment. Reviews can only be written after a completed transaction, so a score always reflects real transfers.

Keep it on the platform

Phone numbers and links are blocked in questions and answers. Outside Yuzbl there is no record of the transfer and no way to stop a payment.
